Cancellation Policy:
For the convenience of all our clients, we request everyone to keep abreast of the term and conditions of the Cancellation Policy of Divine Host.
Cancellation of service renewals, for ongoing website endorsements, and for all types of website hosting and server registrations that is provided by Divine Host, must be made at least 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests that are received later than 7 business days, prior to the end of the current service period, will be considered as a cancellation of services for the next service period, based on your plan.
You need to request cancellation through Client Area, by either submitting a support ticket or by sending an e-mail to us, requesting the cancellation of your services. After receiving your cancellation request, the complete amount or any deduction will be refunded through the original method of payment, within the next 7 to 10 business days.
The above-mentioned cancellation policy is not applicable to domain related services. These can either be transferred or will renew automatically as per your plan.
Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you receive from Divine Host during the first 30 days of service (Only Web Hosting), you may request in writing via email or via the billing system.
You must also state a detailed reason as to why you are cancelling (as we request for any cancellation). if your reason is a valid reason and if all possible steps were taken on your side and on ours to correct the situation causing the interest to cancel.
if He/She asked for cancelation and then agreed to continue using services can’t ask a second time for a refund.
If client asked for any work during the 30 days like website transfer etc.. he/she has to pay the admin fee 30$/hour as you are no more willing to use our services so all free support for which you were entitled will be no more free so he/she has to pay expenses.
* Domains Not Refundable (in case of charge back or full refund including domain fee divinehost.us will have right to delete the domain or sell it to anyother company to cover losses.)
* VPS & Dedicated Servers are Not Refundable in any case.
* Refund is only applicable on the first 30days of first time product purchase no refunds for upgrades, or any other product/account purchase. It’s just the first time for new signups.
